About Me

Gjok. Paloka is the Founding member of London and Carlyle Capital Management. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman from its formation in 2020. Prior to founding London and Carlyle, Mr. Paloka was a managing director for a well-known hospitality group in Palm Beach, Florida for over ten years. Prior to this Mr. Paloka cut his teeth for several decades in the most challenging real estate market in the world, New York City, where he served as chief executive for Metro Capital Partners.

Mr. Paloka earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Masters in Business Administration from Manhattan College, New York City.

Mr. Paloka has made substantial charitable contributions, and sponsorships and has participated in organizations which he feels a personal affiliation with. Some of these are The Council on Foreign Relations, New York Public Library, Lincoln Center of New York, Robin Hood Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, Doctors without Borders, and St. Jude’s Medical Hospital.
